Perfect for cocktail bar!
Cocktail culture is very much in vogue now, and craft bitters are all the rage. Unfortunately, there are few kosher options available on the market (with the exception of the old Angostura standby...). This is a nice set of three different options. The maple orange is very citrusy, while the maple is subtly present -- great in a martini, or old fashioned. The floral bitters were also very pleasant, with rose; cardamom & ginger, nicely complimented a classic Manhattan. However I found the Aromatic Maple to be very one-note, heavy on clove...
