Best marmalade ever!
Just hands-down, a great marmalade. The hallmark orange peels are cooked down perfectly, so as to disappear texturally into the final product, without the pithy "chewiness" of some others. The bourbon only enhances the orange & brown sugar flavor, without tasting of alcohol. Great spread over English muffins with a bit of butter, or baked into a tart (I used it as the filling for hamantaschen, to wonderful results).
