    Excellent Taste, Good Texture

    This tastes and feels like a medium sharp cheddar. While not as distinctive as some of the non-kosher cheddars I used to consume in the days long ago pre-frumkeit, it is every bit as good as the house cheddars you might get at a decent cheese counter. This one's a keeper.
