Just funky enough without being too off-putting. Perfect for crumbling onto salads (goes great with walnuts, berries & a simple vinaigrette), or blended into sour cream for blue cheese dip/dressing. Try it plain with sliced fruit such as pears or apples, paired with an off-dry white Rieslng or Chenin Blanc.
Just delicious! Love to crumble it on our salads and also use it to make a blue cheese vinaigrette dressing. Love that it's biblically clean!
