Sawmill River Pecorino is a semi-hard sheep’s milk cheese produced in Sardinia, Italy then aged in our New York cheese cellar for 5 months. It is a real cheese-lovers cheese and has a delightfully nutty and smoky flavor.
This organically produced cheese is not cut at an organic facility in the USA and is NOT CERTIFIED ORGANIC once cut into wedges.
Pairings
Chianti, Bordeaux, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Uses
Enjoy with crackers or as part of a gourmet cheese platter.
