Easy as "pie"!
Despite freezing product to extend shelf life, quality did not diminish. This cooked up perfectly, seperating nicely in the pot without breaking. I gave it a quick toss in a pesto cream sauce for a delightful entree. Generous portions of filling made for hearty eating!
