This Parmesan is aged over two years and has a full flavor with a sweet and nutty taste.  


White or red wines, try a Chianti or a Sauvignon Blanc.

It is a hard table cheese and is good for grating.  Try over pasta, soups and salads.

    This parm is very tasty. I had planned to use it in various pasta dishes, but have used it on a cheese plate.The parm is smooth and creamier than I expected. I will definitely be a return customer!

    I appreciate the fact that this is two years aged, but it lacks the punch a real Parmesan. My real Parmesan I mean Parmagiano Reggiano. After having the Ferrari of cheeses, It’s hard going back to Toyota. I really hope you can bring that original product from Italy has nothing on this earth can compare to that.

    When I started keeping kosher, I assumed that I would be giving up high quality Parmesan, a staple in my diet. But then I came across this cheese and know that I can have it all

    We really enjoyed this Parmesan cheese which we used to sprinkle over salad. It was delicious and lovely.

    My wife loves making Parmesan and eggplant and quiche with spinach and Parmesan. She will give these dishes away to friends and neighbors who may be ill. She will also sprinkle the cheese on vegetable soups.
