Good for baked brie!
Rich, creamy texture. Eminently spreadable on crusty bread. Very subtle in the flavor department however. Although it did provide for a wonderfully lucious, buttery burst when baked up in puff pastry.

Brie
The product arrived on time and in good condition. The truth is, this Brie was not flavorful even after allowing it to breathe. The texture was OK, but not excellent. Considering the cost of the cheese plus the shipping, I would not recommend this product.
