Viney Sheep wheels of cheese are rubbed with red wine vinegar and aged for 8 months. This sheep milk cheese from Sardinia, Italy is rich in flavor with a caramel sweetness, a hint of fruit and a salty tang.
The cheese is made with milk sourced from a single flock of locally bred Sardinian sheep.
This organically produced cheese is not cut at an organic facility in the USA and is NOT CERTIFIED ORGANIC once cut into wedges.

This is cheese!
As others pointed out, this is really strong and leaves a strong after-taste. A little was fun, but I'm not eating too much at one time. I also am always happy to find a Cholov Yisroel cheese!! Especially these aged cheeses.

The viney sheep has a strong taste and got mixed reviews. The could who really love cheese enjoyed it. Others found it a bit too strong. Enjoyable if you like a strong flavored cheese. I'm always happy to find a Cholov Yisroel cheese!!
