this could possibly be the best tasting cheese in the world! i save it for shabbos. each shaved slice i take melts in the mouth and i am walking on the streets of yerushalyim, or barcelona in the golden age of learning there. it usually does not make it through the day it is opened. this is a cheese with delicate and full flavor that is so satisfying . always order at least two as you will be missing it as soon as it is gone.

Delicious... on bread, on matzah or by itself. Best served at room temperature for a while. We have ordered it several times, and will again.

A hit with everyone
Strong flavor, but less than the Pecorino al Pepe Nero. Everyone liked this cheese and it disappeared surprisingly quickly. Also seemed to call for red wind in between bites of cheese. Eat the rind or not? No consensus after a Google search.
